Applying for a home loan is exhausting. You have to find papers that you haven’t seen in forever, sign a bunch of documents, etc etc. At first I thought that this whole experience was going to be a nightmare but it wasn’t. Mo was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. If you ever have second thoughts on getting a mortgage don’t just go to Mo and he will make it happen. He’s amazing.

Mo Marwan and his team were nothing but amazing during my home buying process. He was always a short phone call or text away, always was proactive and letting me know as things changed or progressed. Mo led us through the entire home buying process. He was always a call away and never left us guessing with important transaction numbers. My personal experience with Vision mortgage group and Mo Marwan with my home refinance was an amazing experience. Not to say it was not without frustration and inconvenience getting all the information that’s needed to get a loan these days. Mo in my opinion went over and above anyone I’ve ever worked with in a loan or refinance, when it looked like it was not going to go thru Mo dug in his heals and fought for me and made it happen. Buying a house can be super stressful and overwhelming, but I was so lucky to have chosen this mortgage company for the process. Mo was hands down the best lender I’ve ever worked with. I was truly hesitant whether I would be able to be approved of a refinance or even wanting to go through a process that was, in my mind, just long and complicated. However, Mo and his team listened to my situation, asked for some information and then crunched some numbers. In the end I tried and it was well worth it. Vision mortgage (Mo & team) helped me a lot along the way. It ended being up, from my perspective, an easy and fast process thanks to them. I knew I was in good hands and I could ask any questions I wanted. If I could give zero stars I would. Nowhere near the experience others are raving about with Mo. Huge lack of communication on his end and unprofessional once we notified him that we'd chosen to go with a different lender to better suit our needs. I expected far more being that he was recommended to us and claims to go above and beyond for veterans.

Grant Harvey was an extremely competent and courteous person to work with. Throughout the process of my refinance I asked several questions and voiced concerns. Grant answered all of my questions and always simplified the complexities I was concerned about. All said and done I was locked in at a 3% for a 15 year loan. I had the opportunity to work with a loan officer named Grant Harvey. I wanted to lock my rate earlier however Grant told me to hold out for a better rate (which will save me serious cash over the life of my loan). Communication skills were on point and his jokes were funny…to some people I guess… Either way I’d use this company again.

Mo is AMAZING and a real pro. If you're looking for a straight shooter as well as someone who goes the extra mile, this is your lender. Excellent communication, responsiveness and a calming presence that smoothed the way for a successful purchase. Our situation was maybe a little unique in that we were purchasing property from out of state, so everything was done remotely. That was unnerving, but Mo helped to make this process feel effortless under these conditions. I have the utmost confidence in him and his team, and we're ecstatic with how everything turned out!! It was great to work with Mo on getting our home refinanced. With our original home loan process we dealt with individual's who did a lot of over-promising and under-delivering. Mo was conservative with the numbers he originally quoted us. When it was time for closing, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the amount of money we had to bring to closing was thousands of dollars less than what we originally expected. Mo is extremely personable, enthusiastic, calm, professional and efficient. He is great at communicating throughout the process whether it be via phone calls, e-mail, text or in person. Mo and Ramona were the dream team for my loan. I was overseas in Japan for the entire process and they made everything go as smoothly as it could have gone. Late night and early morning calls/emails were not a problem. The loan finalization had a couple of bumps as any loan does, but Mo and Ramona were on top of every issue immediately and we closed before the New Year. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently purchased my first home through Vision and Charlie was fantastic! You hear horror stories of the whole home buying experience but didn’t have one iota of that whatsoever. I used my VA home loan for this purchase and Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the VA procedures and was continually updating us with information about every step of the process. I’ve been thinking about investment properties recently and will not hesitate to use Vision for all my future ventures and needs.
